WhiteBIT completes first Global Talent Program, hires 11 participants

WhiteBIT completed its first Global Talent Program, selecting 11 from 700+ applicants; after 42 hours of classes and final presentations, all received job offers.

WhiteBIT completed the first cohort of its Global Talent Program, selecting 11 participants from more than 700 applicants. After 14 classes totaling 42 hours and final presentations to company experts and executives, each participant received a job offer.

The cohort followed a curriculum that combined technical instruction with practical assignments. Projects were reviewed by internal specialists and senior managers as the final assessment.

The program sits within WhiteBIT’s Learning & Development ecosystem, which focuses on mentoring junior developers and giving them hands-on work on Web3 projects. The aim is to build a pipeline of entry-level developers familiar with the company’s technology stack and product needs.

Interest was strong for the initial intake, with hundreds applying. The selected group completed instructor-led sessions and was evaluated on course performance and final presentations.

In recent platform updates, WhiteBIT launched TradeFi, a new market category that offers more than 45 perpetual futures contracts linked to commodity, equity and ETF price movements.
