Tron Tops 385M Transactions, 26.9M Wallets in June
Tron recorded more than 385 million transactions and 26.9 million wallet addresses in June 2026, driven by accelerated stablecoin transfers across the network.
On-chain data shows the Tron network processed over 385 million transactions and registered 26.9 million wallet addresses in June 2026, with activity driven largely by stablecoin transfers. The figures place Tron among the busiest blockchains by raw transaction volume for the month.
Daily activity peaked on June 10, when the network handled about 14.55 million transactions and logged more than 5.8 million daily active accounts. Analytics accounts tracked the month’s active wallets near 27 million and recorded transaction counts in the hundreds of millions for June.
Estimates put the circulating supply of USD Tether (USDT) on Tron above $86 billion. Available metrics indicate the network handles roughly half of global USDT transaction volume and about 30% of overall stablecoin activity by some measures.
Tron’s transaction costs and settlement speed have supported high-volume transfers on the chain. The network is commonly used for cross-border stablecoin movements, including transfers to markets with limited access to U.S. dollars.
Justin Sun described crypto cards as the “next evolution” for stablecoin distribution and has promoted merchant-facing payment programs to expand stablecoin use beyond trading.
The network has rolled out a post-quantum security upgrade intended to protect assets against future quantum-computing threats and has continued to increase its Bitcoin holdings. Two years earlier, the Tron DAO Reserve removed about $732 million in bitcoin that had backed the USDD stablecoin.
Competing networks are developing payment services that target stablecoin settlement and related use cases.
