The preferred carries a stated annual rate of 13%; with compounding across roughly 250 trading days, the effective annual yield is about 13.88%. The company presents SATA as an alternative to money market funds and other short-duration income products, noting daily payments can improve liquidity and reinvestment efficiency.
The company reported it has eliminated outstanding debt and removed leverage, margin exposure and encumbered bitcoin from its balance sheet.
ASST shares have risen about 133% over the past three months but remain below their 2025 high.
In the broader corporate bitcoin sector, Strategy repurchased $1.5 billion of convertible debt at about an 8% discount to reduce liabilities while preserving capacity for future capital actions.
Filings and disclosures show Strive aligning its equity strategy with bitcoin accumulation and adding capital tools and an income product intended to support further purchases and to provide a regular dividend option through the SATA preferred stock.
