Solana tops 300,000 RWA wallets as Ethereum keeps value lead

Onchain data showed Solana wallets holding tokenized real-world assets exceeded 300,000, while Ethereum continued to host about $16.3 billion in RWA value.

Onchain data recorded earlier this week showed wallets on the Solana network holding tokenized real-world assets surpassed 300,000, putting Solana first by holder count. Ethereum continued to host about $16.3 billion in total RWA value.

Trackers listed 2,121 tokenized assets on Solana and a distributed RWA value of roughly $3.32 billion on the chain. Transfer volume tied to those assets reached $7.65 billion over the most recent 30-day window, a 34.5% increase from the prior month.

Solana passed the 200,000-holder mark in late April and expanded about 29.3% in the 30 days into mid-June. That pace implies the network added an estimated 100,000 RWA holders in under three months. At a mid-June snapshot, Solana counted about 285,971 RWA wallets, roughly 31% of the measured tokenized asset market. Ethereum recorded about 199,191 RWA wallets and BNB Chain had about 101,902.

Solana’s reported tokenized asset value rose from about $1.4 billion in January 2026 to a record near $3.6 billion in July. Over a recent 30-day window, Solana’s distributed RWA value increased by roughly 14% while Ethereum’s total RWA value declined about 4.7%.

Industry participants point to Solana’s low transaction fees and faster settlement times as factors in its adoption for tokenized assets. Onchain activity on Solana included roughly $557 billion in stablecoin transfer volume over the past 30 days and a stablecoin supply on the chain above $16 billion. Reported use cases on the network include stablecoin payments and an onchain prediction market integrated into the Phantom wallet, both of which involve many small transactions and quick settlement.

Carlos Domingo, CEO of Securitize, described the forces behind the trend: “Tokenization is most powerful when it combines quality assets with the speed, efficiency and accessibility of blockchain infrastructure.”

Real-world assets on blockchains include tokenized U.S. Treasury funds, private credit, commodities and equities. Those token structures allow investors to hold and transfer regulated products onchain, often with lower minimum investments and faster settlement than traditional market rails.

At the latest readings, Solana led by number of wallets holding tokenized assets, Ethereum remained the largest host of tokenized value, and BNB Chain ranked third by both holder count and value.
