IBIT Leads $86M Bitcoin ETF Inflows; Ether ETFs Outflow 4th Week
IBIT drew $85.85 million in spot Bitcoin ETF inflows Friday, including $57.7 million. Spot ether ETFs posted a fourth straight daily outflow of about $4.95 million.
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) led $85.85 million in net inflows to spot Bitcoin ETFs on Friday, taking in about $57.7 million, according to data tracked by an industry flow tracker. The day’s inflow equated to roughly 1,350 BTC, with IBIT accounting for about 907 BTC.
None of the 12 bitcoin ETFs monitored posted net outflows on Friday. Fidelity’s FBTC and several smaller issuers shared the remaining portion of the day’s inflows.
Spot ether ETFs moved in the opposite direction, recording a fourth consecutive daily outflow of about $4.95 million. The four-day run of redemptions continued a weaker uptake for ether products compared with bitcoin funds in 2026.
The Friday inflow followed a recent multi-day stretch in which the same set of 12 bitcoin funds lost about $1.67 billion. The category logged a $19 million net outflow on June 11, while IBIT recorded an inflow that day.
Spot cryptocurrency ETFs buy and hold the underlying assets to match investor subscriptions and redemptions. Fund flows therefore change how much of the asset is held by the funds and how much remains in the spot market.
Market participants have noted a concentration of flows in the largest and cheapest bitcoin products. On days with large inflows or outflows, activity in one or two major funds has often driven the net totals for the category.
Trading in 2026 has featured swings between multi-day outflow streaks and sharp single-day inflows. The pattern has left smaller issuers taking a smaller share of inflows while the biggest funds account for most daily movement.
