HIVE Digital reported Bitcoin holdings fell 331 BTC to 150 BTC while fiscal 2026 revenue rose to $297.8 million, led by $278.3M from mining and $19.5M from HPC.

HIVE Digital Technologies reported its Bitcoin holdings fell by 331 BTC to 150 BTC in a fiscal year update released Monday. The company held 481 BTC at the end of Q4 2025, a reduction of 331 BTC worth about $23 million at current prices; Bitcoin is roughly 21% lower year-to-date. HIVE did not disclose whether it sold any coins.

During fiscal 2026 HIVE mined 2,885 BTC and reported total revenue of $297.8 million, up from $115.3 million a year earlier. Digital currency mining generated $278.3 million of that revenue, while high-performance computing produced $19.5 million.

HPC revenue rose from about $10 million the prior year. Contracted annual recurring revenue for the division reached $35 million by year-end, supported by deployments of Nvidia-powered GPU clusters and new enterprise contracts.

Operating and maintenance expenses increased as HIVE expanded its mining operations and data center footprint. Depreciation rose to $170.4 million, nearly triple the prior year and one of the largest expenses on the income statement.

HIVE outlined plans for a 320-megawatt AI data center project in the Greater Toronto Area that the company expects could eventually host more than 100,000 GPUs.

By year-end HIVE had mined 2,885 BTC during fiscal 2026, reported $297.8 million in revenue, and held 150 BTC on its balance sheet.
