Heleket launched a crypto payments platform that charges fees starting at 0.4% and includes instant crypto-to-stablecoin conversion, virtual cards, plugins and mass-payout tools for online merchants.
Merchants register with an email address, create a project tied to a website and receive API keys and a merchant ID. Projects undergo moderation within 24 hours. Each project functions as a separate merchant account with its own settings, balances and API credentials. Heleket assigns a dedicated manager for each project and provides developer documentation at doc.heleket.com.
At checkout the platform generates a unique address for each order. When the blockchain confirms a payment, a webhook updates the merchant’s system automatically. The processor supports more than 20 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ether, USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, USDC, Litecoin, Tron, BNB, Solana, Dogecoin, TON and Monero. Fees start at 0.4% and the company reports there are no hidden charges. Chargebacks are not available after transactions settle on the blockchain.
The platform offers an instant auto-conversion option that converts incoming crypto to a stablecoin such as USDT so merchants receive a stable balance instead of volatile assets. An internal converter lets merchants swap holdings between cryptocurrencies inside the platform. A commission-management feature lets merchants set discounts or incentives to encourage payments in preferred currencies.
For cash management, merchants can set auto-withdrawal thresholds so funds move to an external wallet once balances hit a chosen level; only blockchain network fees apply for withdrawals. Mass payout functionality enables sending cryptocurrency to hundreds or thousands of addresses in a single operation, aimed at affiliate programs, freelancer payments and other high-volume use cases. Heleket separates personal and business wallets to avoid mixing individual funds with customer revenue.
Integration options include ready-made plugins for WooCommerce, WHMCS, XenForo, PremiumExchanger, Bot-t for Telegram and Seller.games/Digiseller, as well as direct API integration using invoice creation and webhook guides. Merchants can also generate payment links for one-off invoices or messaging-based payments.
Security features include two-factor authentication and automated AML/CFT controls that flag suspicious transactions. The platform provides webhook testing tools for integration debugging and offers virtual cards for online payments. Heleket positions the product as a payment processor rather than an exchange or trading service.
The platform is designed for e-commerce merchants, SaaS and subscription services, digital-goods sellers, hosting and domain providers, VPN and privacy-focused services, and other businesses with international customers. The service requires customers who hold and can send cryptocurrency, and regional adoption of crypto payments varies, which may limit usefulness for businesses whose customers do not use digital assets.
