Grant Cardone Adds 10.5 BTC, Holdings Top 2,700 BTC

Cardone Capital bought 10.5 BTC with July rental cash, bringing its bitcoin holdings to just over 2,700 BTC.

Cardone Capital purchased 10.5 bitcoin using July apartment rental cash, raising the firm’s holdings to just over 2,700 BTC. The buy is part of a recurring program that converts a portion of real estate cash flow into bitcoin.

The 10.5-coin tranche was funded from rental income and was worth roughly $665,000 at recent prices near $63,000 per bitcoin. At that level, Cardone Capital’s more than 2,700 BTC position is valued at over $171 million. The firm executes purchases on a roughly monthly cadence, so the next buy is typically about 30 days away.

Cardone Capital runs a hybrid strategy in which rents from a multibillion-dollar apartment portfolio flow into its funds and a set portion of that cash flow is converted into bitcoin on a set schedule. The firm presents the accumulation as dependent on property cash flow rather than equity raises or convertible debt.

The firm has set targets of 3,000 BTC by the end of the year, roughly 300 coins above current levels, and a long-term goal of 10,000 BTC. It also plans a one-time purchase of 1,000 BTC after receiving a reported $600 million from a major institutional investor.

When bitcoin sank toward $59,000 in June, Cardone Capital continued its scheduled purchases. Earlier this year, Grant Cardone described himself as “certain” bitcoin would reach $189,425 in 2026.
