CoinQuant launches trading intelligence platform in Dubai
CoinQuant launched a Dubai-based trading intelligence platform for human traders and autonomous AI agents to build, backtest and deploy validated strategies. The startup is raising $3 million.
CoinQuant launched a trading intelligence platform in Dubai in May 2026 that lets human traders and autonomous AI agents build, backtest and deploy validated trading strategies. The company is raising a $3 million seed round to scale product development, infrastructure and international expansion.
The platform combines no-code tools for traders with programmatic APIs for agents. Backtesting, risk analysis and parameter optimization are embedded in the deployment workflow, and every strategy must pass validation before trading with real funds, whether generated by a person using natural language prompts or by an AI agent connecting via API.
CoinQuant was founded by Maan Ftouni and is headquartered in Dubai. The platform has more than 15,000 users since its initial launch.
Its core engine pairs institutional-grade backtesting with structured market data from providers including Kaiko and Financial Modeling Prep, AI-driven optimization tools, and a proprietary Domain Expert component. Traders interact through a natural-language interface to describe, test, optimize and deploy strategies without writing code. Autonomous agents connect via API and MCP integrations to run validations and access standardized data at scale.
The platform produces an anonymized aggregated dataset from strategies built, tested and deployed on the system. The dataset maps trading intent to validation metrics and performance outcomes across market conditions and is used to refine optimization and validation routines.
CoinQuant plans to add an automated execution layer on HyperLiquid to allow validated strategies to move directly from backtest to live deployment within the same framework. The firm is also developing HYDRA, a hierarchical multi-agent architecture intended for advanced research, risk modeling and strategy optimization.
Maan Ftouni, founder and CEO, stated, “Autonomous trading is no longer theoretical. It is already happening. The next phase requires structured validation, disciplined risk management, and intelligence infrastructure. That is what CoinQuant delivers.”
CoinQuant did not disclose a target close date for the seed round. The company integrates with major exchanges and institutional data providers and supports both retail and institutional users who require systematic evaluation before deploying capital.
