BloFin Wallet Adds Perpetual Trading and Visa Card
BloFin Wallet added perpetual contract trading for 100+ tokens inside its self-custodial app and launched a Visa card compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Road Town, Virgin Islands — BloFin Wallet announced on July 24, 2026, that users can now trade perpetual contracts for more than 100 tokens directly within the wallet and use a BloFin Wallet Visa Card to spend digital assets where Visa is accepted.
The wallet’s perpetual trading feature lets users open and manage long and short positions from the same app they use for swaps, on‑ramps and yield products. The offering covers tokens across cryptocurrency markets and assets linked to traditional finance. BloFin introduced a referral program tied to perpetual trading that gives fee rebates based on referees’ trading activity.
Perpetual contracts are derivatives that allow traders to hold positions without a fixed expiry date, typically using margin and funding‑rate mechanisms to track the underlying asset price. BloFin implements these contracts inside a self‑custodial wallet, meaning users keep private keys and on‑chain custody of assets while trading. The company presented the setup as a way to keep funds in the wallet rather than moving them to separate centralized exchanges.
The BloFin Wallet Card is issued on the Visa network and supports mobile payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card carries no issuance fee or annual fee and imposes no lock‑up period; users retain ownership of assets until the moment of purchase. BloFin also offers an Earn product with rates above 6% APY for assets that are not being traded.
BloFin noted the wallet supports multiple chains, primarily major EVM networks and Solana, and integrates with its broader financial services. The app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
BloFin described the updates as an effort to reduce friction between trading, holding and spending by keeping those functions within a single application.
