BC.GAME, Roobet back Statto.com relaunch before World Cup
BC.GAME and Roobet joined LuckyVerse Projects Ltd as investors to restore Statto.com’s archives and relaunch the site before the next FIFA World Cup.
BC.GAME and Roobet have joined LuckyVerse Projects Ltd as strategic partners and investors in a redevelopment of Statto.com, the sports statistics site LuckyVerse acquired earlier this year. Statto.com first launched in the United Kingdom in 1998.
LuckyVerse announced the new backing will accelerate development work, expand server and infrastructure capacity, restore historical sports archives and improve database search and mobile performance. The company indicated the updated site is planned to go live before the next FIFA World Cup, but no exact launch date has been provided.
Statto.com holds decades of football data, including league tables, player records, match results and competition histories. LuckyVerse confirmed plans to restore most of Statto’s original pages and databases while updating the site’s technical framework for modern devices and users.
Project representatives indicated BC.GAME and Roobet will support improvements to search functionality and mobile optimization and will provide technical and financial resources for the relaunch. LuckyVerse noted other companies and private investors have expressed interest in joining further development.
No financial terms for the partnerships have been disclosed. LuckyVerse said previews and additional updates will be shared in the coming months as work continues toward the relaunch.
