WAIB Summit Monaco will take place June 9-10, 2026 at One Monte-Carlo in Monaco, following the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend. The summit will convene more than 2,000 attendees including founders, family offices, institutional investors, regulators and policymakers to discuss Web3, artificial intelligence and digital assets.
The two-day program will include panels, networking sessions and closed-door meetings intended to connect capital allocators, technology builders and public sector representatives. Organizers say the agenda will involve exchanges, asset managers and European institutions and provide opportunities for direct dialogue between private investors and government officials.
Confirmed participants include BNP Paribas, Natixis, CoinShares, Franklin Templeton, Kraken and KuCoin EU, alongside representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament and the governments of Liechtenstein and Monaco. Named speakers so far include Peter Kerstens of the European Commission’s DG FISMA, former MEP Ondrej Kovarik, Dr. Clara Guerra from the Government of Liechtenstein, Rafael Mastroberardino of Franklin Templeton, Julien Clausse of BNP Paribas, Kean Gilbert of Lido and Georg Harer, co-CEO of Bybit EU.
Curated side events will include a private family office dinner at the Yacht Club de Monaco for about 80 invited guests, awards recognizing innovation in Web3, AI and digital assets, and high-impact VC and startup pitching sessions with partners such as Draper University, CV VC Labs, funders.vc, Gini Capital and MonacoTech.
An AI film festival will highlight uses of generative technologies in filmmaking. An associated 24-hour AI filmmaking hackathon, powered by Alibaba Cloud, will invite on-site participants to produce 1-3 minute AI-generated short films. Submissions will be reviewed by a jury that includes Anthony Bourached, associate professor of machine learning and creative AI at UCL, and director Nicholas Shoolingin-Jordan.
Organizers reported that the 2025 edition included more than 150 speakers, over 50 key opinion leaders with a combined audience above six million, roughly 2,000 international attendees and more than 1.3 million social media impressions. Tickets for the 2026 summit are on sale and early-bird rates are available for a limited time through the event website.
