Wadoozie meme coin to fair-launch on Ethereum May 27

Wadoozie will fair launch on the Ethereum network via Uniswap on May 27, 2026. The project plans no presale, no private round and no insider allocations; buys and sells will carry zero tax at launch. The team says it will mint 2 billion WADZ and immediately burn 999,999,999 tokens, leaving an effective supply of roughly 1 billion.

Seventy-five percent of the effective supply is planned to be paired with ETH and seeded into a Uniswap liquidity pool, with the resulting LP tokens slated for burn. The project also intends to renounce the contract after launch and publish the liquidity burn and renunciation transactions on Etherscan for public verification.

Tokenomics allocate 3% of supply to team tokens, which the team says will be locked for 12 months using UNCX, and 7% to a Publishers Network intended to compensate content creators. Ten percent of the supply is to be held in a treasury controlled by a multi-signature wallet under DAO governance; the project says any treasury spending will require a community vote.

Wadoozie will link token mechanics to a bus tour that crosses the 48 contiguous U.S. states in eight acts, starting in Austin and returning to New Orleans before moving into Europe. Each state will function as a node that activates when the bus arrives; activation will enable that state’s on-chain mechanics and related content. A 24/7 livestream will broadcast clues and content tied to the project’s interactive elements.

The project will run a scavenger hunt called the Signal Fragment program, distributing 576 fragments across two pools. The physical pool includes 336 fragments hidden across the 48 states-seven per state comprising four Common, one Uncommon, one Rare and one Legendary. Per-fragment payouts are fixed in WADZ: Common 15,375; Uncommon 46,125; Rare 153,750; Legendary 461,250. Recovering all seven fragments in a single state yields a combined payout of 722,625 WADZ. A separate online pool of 240 fragments, including 12 Legendaries, will be claimable globally. The fragment program will distribute 49,999,500 WADZ, equal to 5% of the effective supply.

The team reports two independent smart contract audits completed before launch, one with CertiK via Skynet and another with Coinsult, and plans to publish both reports at launch. The token is already listed on CoinMarketCap. The project says it will provide on-chain links so anyone can verify the liquidity burn and contract renunciation.
