Trump Coin Club Offers World Cup VIP Trip to Top 19 Holders
Bill Zanker is launching the Trump Coin Club, giving the top 19 holders of the president’s meme coin a complimentary three-day VIP package for the World Cup final.
Bill Zanker launched the Trump Coin Club, offering the top 19 holders of the president’s meme coin a complimentary three-day VIP package timed to the FIFA World Cup final next month. The package includes a Level 3 private suite at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, hotel rooms at the St. Regis New York, a gala dinner and VIP access to a New York nightclub.
Zanker described the itinerary as a “luxury experience” for the 19 top token holders and plans to run similar events regularly, aiming for at least one gathering per quarter centered on major international events.
Winners may come from any country except those under U.S. sanctions, such as Iran and North Korea. All attendees must complete know-your-customer checks and will undergo Secret Service security screenings before travel. While the president is widely expected to attend the final, he is not scheduled to meet with token holders; Zanker added, “If there’s a surprise, there will be a surprise.”
Organizers previously held at least two events for the coin community, including an April gala at Mar-a-Lago where the president made an appearance. Attendees said the president discussed foreign policy topics, including the Iran war, with an audience that included many international token holders. Lawmakers have raised questions about disclosure of attendees and the content of private meetings between the president and token holders.
Zanker framed the club as a way to reward top holders and keep them engaged. When asked whether the program is intended to lift the token’s market value, he declined to link the club directly to price support and stated his goal is to keep “people staying with the coin.”
The token’s fully diluted valuation reached nearly $75 billion before the president’s second inauguration and has since fallen to roughly $2 billion, a decline of more than 97 percent. Zanker noted the relative cost of access: a nosebleed ticket to the World Cup final can cost at least $8,000, while entry to a prior Mar-a-Lago event could be obtained with about a $3,000 stake in the token.
Zanker previously managed Trump-branded NFTs, shoes and watches. He said the club is not being planned around the president’s post-election involvement and added, “We’re not thinking about that right now.” Questions about guest access and event disclosures have been raised by lawmakers and remain part of the public discussion as organizers announce future events.
