Strategy Inc. purchased 34,164 BTC for roughly $2.54 billion through an at-the-market equity offering, bringing its total bitcoin holdings to 815,061 BTC, the company disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC filing and Strategy’s public dashboard show the update was reported April 19–20, 2026.
The company said the purchase was executed at an average price of about $74,395 per bitcoin. The filing and dashboard show that the aggregate 815,061 BTC were acquired for about $61.56 billion at an average price near $75,527 per coin.
Funding for the purchase came from Strategy’s at-the-market equity offering program. During the reporting period the company raised $2,542.3 million in proceeds, including the sale of 21,795,389 shares of STRC preferred stock producing $2,176.3 million in net proceeds and 2,165,000 shares of Class A common stock producing $366.0 million.
The Form 8-K lists remaining issuance capacity of $19,463.0 million tied to STRC preferred issuance and $26,729.7 million linked to common stock offerings.
Strategy’s public dashboard reports a BTC reserve valued at $58,756 million, bitcoin-per-share of 205,812 satoshis, an mNAV ratio of 1.28 and a reference bitcoin price of $75,242. The company disclosed $8,254 million in debt and a net leverage ratio of 10%. It reported annual dividend obligations of $1,237 million and calculated dividend coverage based on bitcoin holdings of 47.5 years.
