Ripple’s RLUSD Live on OKX With 280+ Spot Pairs
RLUSD is live on OKX with 280+ spot pairs including XRP/RLUSD, XRPL deposits and withdrawals, derivatives collateral support and access to OKX’s unified order book.
Ripple’s RLUSD went live on OKX on April 29, 2026, launching across more than 280 spot pairs including the XRP/RLUSD market. The rollout also enables RLUSD as derivatives collateral and includes XRPL-based deposits and withdrawals, plus access to OKX’s unified order book.
The listing allows spot trading of RLUSD across more than 280 pairs and recognition of the token as institutional-grade margin collateral for derivatives, including perpetual futures where offered. OKX enabled deposits and withdrawals via the XRP Ledger, with direct minting and redemption to maintain liquidity. Additional integrations across the exchange’s ecosystem are planned as regional rules permit.
OKX’s unified order book pools liquidity from multiple stablecoins into a single shared market rather than separating each asset into its own order book. Orders route to the best available price across stablecoin markets, which can tighten spreads, deepen liquidity and reduce slippage for spot and derivatives trades. For RLUSD, the shared order book is intended to let traders and institutional participants access deeper order flow without manual asset conversions.
Ripple describes RLUSD as a compliance-first, enterprise-grade stablecoin redeemable for U.S. dollars and backed by reserves such as U.S. dollar deposits, short-term U.S. Treasuries and other cash equivalents. The token launched in December 2024 and has surpassed $1.5 billion in market capitalization and appears on multiple global exchanges.
On social media, Ripple wrote: “RLUSD is now on OKX, one of the world’s leading exchanges. Starting today, users can trade across 280+ RLUSD pairs, use RLUSD as collateral, and access full XRPL deposit and withdrawal support.” Jack McDonald, Ripple’s senior vice president of stablecoins, described the partnership as offering “more ways to deploy capital efficiently across spot and derivatives, while deepening RLUSD liquidity on one of the world’s largest trading platforms.”
Availability of RLUSD products on OKX will vary by jurisdiction and some features may be restricted for certain users. For eligible traders, the OKX integration makes RLUSD usable across trading, margin and settlement workflows, while XRPL-based minting and redemption aim to provide consistent on- and off-ramp liquidity.
