Myriad: Dastan launches on-chain prediction markets

Dastan launched Myriad, an on-chain prediction market where users can wager on crypto, sports and politics using central limit order book and automated market maker formats.

Dastan launched Myriad in 2025. The platform runs on-chain prediction markets embedded alongside publisher content and lets users place real-money predictions on crypto, sports, politics, economy, gaming and culture.

Markets are made up of outcome shares that trade between 0 and 1. A share’s price represents the market’s assessed probability; when a market resolves, shares in the winning outcome pay out at 1.

Myriad supports two market structures. Central limit order book markets let traders place limit orders that match by price and time priority and include features such as slippage controls, limit-order placement and dynamic fees. Automated market maker markets use algorithmic liquidity to set prices that update automatically and keep outcome prices summing to $1.

Market fees on buy transactions range from 0% to 2%, and the platform charges a per-transaction fee of $0.0085 to cover blockchain gas costs. Prices update in real time as traders take positions and liquidity changes.

Users register at myriad.markets and can sign in with a crypto wallet or social login, verify by email and set up a profile. The dashboard displays Markets, quick-resolution 5-minute events, a Leaderboard, News and Topics. Markets relevant to an article or video appear embedded alongside that content.

Clicking a market opens a page with a historical price chart, resolution rules and filters for Newest, Trending, Volume, Ending time and token type. To place a prediction, users pick an outcome, select a stake with preset buttons or a custom amount, and confirm the trade.

Deposit options include migrating USDC from Abstract to USD1 on BNB, transferring USD1 on BNB Smart Chain, sending qualifying crypto that auto-converts to USD1, connecting a wallet or exchange account, and using card or cash payment methods. If an event is canceled, stakes are returned or markets are settled according to official information.

Myriad uses email and wallet authentication, records transactions on-chain and encrypts user data. The platform states it does not custody funds and allows users to export keys from profile settings. A support form is available for technical issues.

The platform was first documented in March 2025 and updated in May 2026. Embedding prediction markets alongside editorial content enables readers to place predictions while viewing related coverage and provides publishers an interactive element to present alongside stories.
