J.P. Morgan Adds Tokenized Money Funds On Solana
J.P. Morgan Asset Management has made its tokenized MONY and JLTXX money market funds available on Solana to qualified U.S. investors, following their launch on Ethereum.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management announced the availability on Solana on Oct. 22. The funds first launched on Ethereum in December 2025. Solana is the second blockchain supporting the products.
The funds’ investments and eligibility rules remain unchanged. Solana provides an additional network for issuing, transferring and redeeming tokenized shares.
MONY, or the My OnChain Net Yield Fund, is a private-placement fund offered under Rule 506(c). Access is limited to qualified purchasers and accredited investors. The fund gives investors exposure to U.S. dollar yields through a blockchain-based token.
JLTXX, or the JPMorgan OnChain Liquidity–Token Money Market Fund, is a U.S.-registered government money market fund. J.P. Morgan says the fund is designed to invest in a way that supports stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act, the U.S. framework for stablecoins. The fund is intended to hold assets backing dollar-linked tokens in a regulated on-chain structure.
Eligible clients access both funds through Morgan Money, J.P. Morgan’s liquidity-management platform. Investors can subscribe to or redeem shares and receive token balances at a blockchain address. The firm published the Solana addresses for the funds, allowing users to check token supply and transactions on the public network. MONY’s address is EToDtBM2knZ8N1BHyUq2Riq5ngWTcoD3k6qpsgf7CKYY. JLTXX’s address is J4cTuCH6frt4AnEmKfMS2k8hsUf7K94PV62sjUJno8Cz.
In the announcement, Paul Przybylski, J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s global head of product for digital and tokenized assets, wrote that clients operate across multiple networks and need liquidity options on those networks. He added that the Solana availability gives stablecoin issuers and institutional investors access to the funds on another public blockchain.
The products are not available through a retail investment platform. J.P. Morgan says the funds seek to maintain a value of $1 per share, but that value is not guaranteed. The investments are not bank accounts and are not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. or another government agency.
Solana has developed infrastructure for institutional applications, including faster transaction finality and tools for settling tokenized assets. J.P. Morgan also expanded its JPM Coin deposit token to Ethereum’s mainnet earlier this year.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management managed $4.8 trillion as of Sept. 30, 2026. The parent company reported $5.1 trillion in assets and $372 billion in stockholders’ equity. Industry estimates put the total tokenized-fund market at about $35 billion in mid-October, including roughly $15 billion in tokenized U.S. Treasuries.
The announcement did not disclose how much MONY or JLTXX had been issued on Solana, whether stablecoin issuers had placed reserves in JLTXX or when another blockchain might be added. The published Solana addresses allow investors to monitor the funds’ on-chain balances and transactions.
