U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded $244.4 million in net inflows on Wednesday, extending a three-day inflow streak that totaled $626 million, according to SoSoValue data. The flows represent purchases and redemptions into funds that offer direct exposure to Bitcoin through shares traded on regulated exchanges.
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) attracted about $479 million over the three-session period and raised its cumulative net inflows to nearly $61 billion, Farside Investors reported.
The inflows coincided with a brief price rise for Bitcoin, which topped $64,920 on Wednesday and was trading around $64,744.53 at publication, up roughly 0.7% over the previous 24 hours, based on CoinGecko pricing. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index registered 25, classified as “Extreme Fear,” down from 27 a day earlier.
Spot Ether ETFs posted $60.9 million in net inflows on Wednesday, marking a second consecutive day of inflows and bringing their two-day total to $114.6 million. XRP-listed ETFs saw $3.58 million in net outflows on the day, reducing total net assets to about $993.4 million; cumulative net inflows for the group stood at $1.51 billion.
