12 Bitcoin Addresses Hold 1.35M BTC, Mix of Exchanges and Seizures

Twelve public Bitcoin addresses held 1,347,380 BTC-about $85.2 billion-on July 4, 2026, equal to 6.72% of supply; holdings include exchange cold wallets, reserves and seized caches.

Onchain data recorded July 4, 2026, and cross-checked with Arkham Intelligence show twelve public Bitcoin addresses holding a combined 1,347,380 BTC, worth about $85.2 billion at roughly $63,265 per coin. The balance equals 6.72% of all Bitcoin in circulation.

Arkham Intelligence entity tags and the top-100 rich list separate the addresses into exchange-managed reserves and wallets that appear dormant or legally sequestered. Each address displays a distinct pattern of deposits and withdrawals onchain.

The largest address, labeled as a Binance cold wallet (34xp4vRo…), holds 248,598 BTC. It has 5,531 inbound transactions dating to Oct. 18, 2018, and continued to receive deposits through July 3, 2026. The last recorded outbound transaction from that address is dated Jan. 7, 2023.

A second Binance address (3M219KR…) holds 174,934 BTC and shows activity in both directions. It opened Nov. 13, 2018, has 503 inputs, recorded an inbound on June 5, 2026, and an outbound on April 16, 2026.

Robinhood’s cold wallet (bc1ql49…) holds 140,850 BTC. It first received funds on May 8, 2023, logged 649 inbound transactions and was still adding coins as of July 3, 2026, gaining a net 787 BTC in the 30 days before the data pull.

Bitfinex’s cold storage (bc1qgdjq…) contains 130,010 BTC. The address opened Aug. 16, 2019, recorded its last inbound on July 3, 2026, and its last outbound on June 2, 2025.

Tether’s Bitcoin reserve (bc1qjasf…) holds 96,936 BTC and has activity in both directions, with a last inbound on July 3, 2026 and a noted outbound on June 2, 2026 that moved 204.3000084 BTC to Bitfinex.

A U.S. government address tied to the Bitfinex hack recovery (bc1qazc…) holds 94,643 BTC and has recorded only inbound transactions since Jan. 31, 2022. The Mt. Gox wallet (1FeexV6b…) is the oldest on the list, first receiving coins on March 1, 2011; it now holds 79,957 BTC and shows only inbound activity.

An address flagged by Arkham as possibly Bitfinex (bc1qd4y…) holds 91,850 BTC and has both recent deposits and withdrawals, with a last outbound on April 24, 2026. An unlabeled whale wallet (bc1q8y…) holds 78,317 BTC, began receiving coins on March 22, 2024, has 95 inputs and no recorded outbound transactions.

The wallet sometimes labeled “Mr.100” is identified by Arkham as Upbit’s cold storage (1Ay8vM…), holding 73,715 BTC with 2,849 inputs; it recorded inbound activity through July 4, 2026 and added 1,519 BTC over the 30 days before the data pull. The Silk Road wallet seized by the FBI (bc1qa5w…) holds 69,370 BTC and has only inbound transactions, most recently June 28, 2026.

Binance’s BTCB reserve (3LYJfc…) holds 68,200 BTC. The address has 168 inputs, a last inbound on June 5, 2026, and a single outbound transaction on Nov. 17, 2022.

The onchain records show some wallets continuing to receive and send funds while others have no outbound activity for years. The data reflect activity as recorded on July 4, 2026, and are based on public blockchain records and Arkham Intelligence entity tagging.
