Is the crypto staking industry dead now?
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently fined American cryptocurrency exchange Kraken $30 million. The penalty was related to their staking services, which the SEC has now classified as the sale of securities. Could it possibly impact the industry overall? FTX exchange.
