GNcrypto Partner Code of Conduct

Purpose

This Partner Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and operational standards expected of all GNcrypto business partners, including exchanges, wallets, blockchain projects, advertisers, affiliates, and service providers.

GNcrypto’s reputation relies on partnerships with organizations that prioritize integrity, user protection, and regulatory compliance. This document sets the minimum standards partners must meet.

Scope

The Code applies to all partners, including advertisers, affiliates, service providers, and projects featured on GNcrypto. By partnering with us, organizations agree to uphold these standards and cooperate with reasonable verification of compliance.

Core Principles

User Protection First

Partners are expected to place user safety above commercial interests, provide clear information on products, services, fees, and risks, implement strong security measures, and handle disputes fairly. Users must never be exploited for profit.

Regulatory Compliance

Partners should comply with applicable laws in the regions they serve, including licenses, KYC/AML procedures, consumer protection, and data regulations. Operating without required licensing in regulated jurisdictions is not permitted.

Transparency and Honesty

Partners must provide clear information on ownership, fee structures, risk factors, terms of service, policy changes, and security incidents. Misleading claims or omissions may result in partnership termination.

Specific Requirements for Cryptocurrency Platforms

Security Standards

Crypto platforms must secure user funds with practices such as cold storage for most assets, multi-signature wallets, and regular third-party audits. Insurance or reserve funds and incident response plans are expected. Two-factor authentication, withdrawal whitelists, session management, anti-phishing measures, and penetration testing must be available.

Operational Standards

Platforms should maintain sufficient reserves to meet withdrawals, operate transparently, and uphold fair trading practices without manipulating order books or liquidity. Customer support must respond promptly, disputes must be resolved fairly, and arbitrary account freezes are prohibited.

Fee Transparency

All fees should be disclosed upfront, including trading, deposits, withdrawals, network fees, conversion spreads, inactivity, and liquidation fees. Undisclosed or misleading charges may result in negative coverage or end of partnership.

Marketing and Advertising Standards

Prohibited Practices

Marketing must avoid promises of guaranteed returns, high-pressure tactics, or targeting vulnerable populations. Misrepresenting regulatory status, implying GNcrypto endorsement beyond disclosure, or promoting scams or unregistered securities is prohibited.

Required Disclosures

All marketing content must include clear risk warnings, disclose material limitations, accurately describe product features, and indicate geographic restrictions where relevant.

Bonus and Promotion Standards

Promotions should clearly show all terms, be fair and achievable, indicate expiration dates, and not depend on hidden trading requirements. GNcrypto verifies promotional claims during testing.

Data Privacy and Security

User Data Protection

Partners should only collect necessary data, use industry-standard security practices, comply with data protection laws, obtain consent for data processing, and provide user control. Selling user data without consent is prohibited.

Data Sharing with GNcrypto

Data shared with GNcrypto must be accurate. Aggregated and anonymized data is preferred, and use agreements should clarify permitted purposes.

Conflicts of Interest

Disclosure Requirements

Partners must disclose relevant financial interests, relationships with GNcrypto staff, changes in ownership, regulatory actions, and security incidents.

Prohibited Relationships

Offering benefits to influence coverage or retaliating against negative reviews is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Ethical Business Practices

Anti-Corruption

Partners must avoid bribery and corruption, maintain accurate financial records, respect IP rights, and honor contracts.

Labor and Human Rights

Partners must ensure safe workplaces, fair wages, prohibit child or forced labor, and respect equal opportunity and freedom of association.

Environmental Responsibility

Projects and mining operations are encouraged to report energy use, adopt efficient consensus mechanisms, use renewable sources where possible, and maintain transparency about environmental impact.

Compliance Verification

Our Right to Audit

GNcrypto may verify compliance through anonymous testing, documentation requests, user complaint reviews, and monitoring public records. Partners should cooperate reasonably.

Continuous Monitoring

Public feedback, regulatory actions, security incidents, terms or fee changes, platform performance, and social media sentiment are monitored. Significant issues may trigger partnership review.

Reporting Violations

How to Report

Suspected violations of this Code can be reported to [email protected] with the subject line “Partner Code of Conduct Concern.”

Include in your report:

  • Partner name and relationship type
  • Description of suspected violation
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, documentation, transaction records)
  • Impact on users or GNcrypto
  • Your contact information (can be anonymous)

Investigation Process

Reports are acknowledged promptly. Substantive reports are investigated confidentially, and appropriate action is taken. Feedback is provided to reporters when possible.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in graduated responses depending on severity. Minor violations typically result in written warning with a corrective action timeline, a monitoring period to verify compliance, and required improvements before partnership continuation.

Moderate violations may lead to suspension of partnership benefits, negative or updated reviews on GNcrypto, public disclosure of issues affecting users, or a probationary period with enhanced monitoring.

Severe violations, such as fraud, concealed security breaches, or license violations, lead to immediate termination and public disclosure where appropriate.

Severe Violations Include

The following trigger immediate termination:

  • Fraud, theft, or misappropriation of user funds
  • Material misrepresentation of security or solvency
  • Operation without required licenses
  • Security breaches concealed from users
  • Intentional manipulation or deception
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers or critics

Partner Responsibilities

Notification Requirements

Partners should inform GNcrypto promptly of regulatory actions, breaches, operational issues, changes in fees, leadership, or insolvency. Delays may result in partnership termination.

Cooperation

Partners should respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, allow testing, correct factual errors, and participate in good faith dispute resolution.

Amendment and Review

The Code is reviewed annually and updated to reflect regulations, best practices, emerging risks, and user protection needs. Changes are communicated, and continued partnership implies acceptance.
