XRP Faces $1.55 Resistance as Binance Holds 2.65B Tokens
XRP is trading near $1.50, with $1.55 as the main resistance level for the coming week. Binance holds about 2.65 billion XRP, while exchange flows remain subdued.
XRP is trading near $1.50 after recovering from its September decline. The token fell toward $1.10 in August, rose to about $1.57 in late September and later pulled back to roughly $1.49.
The latest chart places resistance near $1.55. A daily close above that level would put the late-September high near $1.57 in focus. Additional chart levels are around $1.65 and $1.78. Market commentator Crypto Rover has identified $1.80 as a possible target after a move above $1.55. That level is an analyst projection, not a confirmed price target.
On the downside, $1.49 is the current daily pivot area. Nearby support levels are around $1.46 and $1.48, while the weekly chart shows additional support near $1.39 and $1.27. A rejection at $1.55 could leave XRP trading between about $1.40 and $1.55 during the coming week.
Data from CryptoQuant shows Binance holding about 2.65 billion XRP. The exchange’s reserves have declined from earlier 2025 levels, although the latest reading is above the 2026 low. Binance’s XRP holdings are down about 20% from November 2024, based on the supplied data.
XRP deposits and withdrawals on Binance have been smaller than the largest spikes recorded in late 2024 and early 2025. Recent inflows have generally remained lower, with occasional increases. Withdrawals have followed a similar pattern, with fewer large transfers in recent months.
Exchange reserves measure the XRP held on Binance. Inflow and outflow data track transfers into and out of the platform. These figures can change at different rates when XRP moves between exchanges, private wallets and custody services. The recent data does not establish a clear direction for XRP’s next price move.
