Trader’s $85 CashCat Bet Grows to $2.3 Million
A wallet that bought about $85 of CashCat on Robinhood Chain on June 18 now holds tokens valued above $2.3 million after selling roughly $585,000 in profits.
A wallet that purchased roughly $85 of CashCat on June 18 now holds tokens with a paper value above $2.3 million, on-chain data show. The address begins with “0xeEE2.”
The wallet acquired about 0.05 ETH worth of CashCat-approximately 17.4 million tokens-several weeks before Robinhood publicly launched the Robinhood Chain mainnet. As CashCat’s price rose after the network debut, the position’s market value expanded. At one point the token traded around $0.138 and its market capitalization reached roughly $130–$140 million. The token also recorded a more than 1,230% increase in a 24‑hour span.
On‑chain records show the wallet sold portions of the holding over time. The user disposed of about 4 million CashCat tokens and withdrew roughly $585,000 in realized gains, while retaining an estimated 12.3 million tokens valued at about $1.6 million. At CashCat’s all‑time high market cap near $142 million, the full balance would have approached $2.5 million. The activity is visible in public transaction logs and analytics data from DEXScreener.
Trading on Robinhood Chain has drawn rapid inflows into several speculative tokens since the mainnet launch. One example, a Solana token called ANSEM, rose roughly 190,000% over a recent 13‑day period before sliding more than 37% from its peak near $0.44 to around $0.26, with an estimated market capitalization near $260 million after the decline. Liquidity and trading volume moved quickly between tokens as traders bought and sold on the new network.
Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev posted on X: “While we’re building robinhood chain to be the best chain for [real‑world assets]… it works great for memes too.” At least two other meme coins on the chain ranked among the top 20 tokens by 24‑hour trading volume in on‑chain data.
The CashCat example shows how an early small purchase on a new chain can become a large holding as token prices change and how on‑chain trading records reveal both realized profits and remaining exposure.
