Strategy joins SpaceX, Alphabet and Intel among top US issuers

Strategy completed a share issuance in recent weeks that increased its outstanding equity and placed the company among the top U.S. equity issuers, according to company filings and market observers.

The transaction consisted of a public offering and related share issuances to existing investors and new institutional buyers, the company said in a statement. The offering was heavily subscribed and priced in line with market conditions. Proceeds are designated for operational expansion, product development and capital needs tied to planned growth initiatives.
