Ripple named top Bay Area workplace after 95% approval

Ripple was named one of the Bay Area’s best workplaces for 2026 after 95% of employees described it as a great workplace in a Great Place to Work survey.

Ripple announced on May 26 that it was named one of the Bay Area’s best workplaces for 2026 after 95% of surveyed employees described the company as a great workplace during Great Place to Work certification.

Great Place to Work collects anonymous employee responses and uses a Trust Index Survey of 60 statements to measure workplace culture. Ripple’s profile showed high scores in onboarding, workplace resources, facilities and equal treatment. Rankings separate companies by size, so Ripple was compared with similarly sized Bay Area employers.

The certification process relies on employee survey feedback rather than company-submitted claims, and final placement on the regional list depends on the survey data collected during certification.

In posts on X, Ripple wrote ‘Best in the Bay, again!’ and expressed thanks to staff for their contributions. The company has appeared on Bay Area workplace lists in prior years.

The recognition coincides with Ripple’s operational updates in 2026. Company information this year highlighted increased use of XRP in payments, liquidity and treasury infrastructure. Ripple is planning a combined Swell and Apex event in New York intended for institutional finance leaders, developers, researchers and members of the XRP community.

Observers tracking employer rankings note that strong survey results can support recruiting for engineering, compliance, product and institutional business teams. Future inclusion on the Bay Area list will depend on updated employee survey responses and any new certification results from Great Place to Work.
