Input Output to advise Argentine Fintech Chamber on blockchain

On Nov. 11 in Buenos Aires, the Cardano developer, Input Output, joined the Argentine Fintech Chamber to advise on blockchain adoption in finance and public-sector projects.

Under the arrangement, IO’s Buenos Aires office will act as a subject-matter resource for Chamber members. It will also support government and enterprise initiatives coordinated by the Chamber. The team will provide technical guidance, education, and advisory support on privacy-preserving architectures, deployments that meet compliance needs, tokenization, digital identity, and pilots that link public and private entities.

Since opening earlier this year, the Buenos Aires hub has hosted more than 1,000 visitors, including banks, public companies, cryptocurrency exchanges, and developer groups, and is being expanded as a regional base.

The Chamber plans to draw on IO’s research and engineering capabilities for projects that require scalable infrastructure and alignment with local regulations. IO expects to continue education programs and technical support as organizations test and deploy blockchain systems.

“Argentina is one of the world’s most dynamic fintech markets. By combining the Chamber’s convening power with IO’s research and engineering, we can help banks, fintechs and public institutions deploy privacy-first, scalable blockchain solutions that deliver real value to citizens and businesses.” according to Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano and CEO of Input Output.

As we wrote previously, Input Output follows a peer-reviewed roadmap for Cardano, with ongoing work on the Basho scalability and Voltaire governance phases. In 2025, the company outlined a blockchain abstraction plan to connect Cardano with Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin. IO also collaborated with Ripple to add XRP support in the Lace wallet and enable RLUSD payroll. ADA has been included in a Grayscale multi-asset ETF, alongside growth in Cardano apps and services.
