Gamma Prime held the Tokenized Capital Summit in Miami on May 4, reporting more than 2,000 attendees on site and roughly 90,000 viewers on livestreams. The event convened family offices, investment firms and institutional investors to discuss tokenized access to private markets.

The speaker lineup included representatives from J.P. Morgan, Grayscale, Swift, Multicoin Capital, 21Shares, Coinbase and Robinhood. Organizers said the presenters together represented more than $25 billion in assets under management.

Sessions focused on expanding access to private markets such as hedge funds, venture capital and private equity by using tokenization to simplify transfers, custody and investor onboarding. Panels addressed regulatory frameworks, institutional governance and the operational standards required to scale privately held investments for a broader set of buyers.

Gamma Prime described its product as a compliant platform for private investing that aims to connect funds, family offices and accredited investors across jurisdictions. The company said the platform is built to meet regulatory requirements in multiple regions and to provide governance and operational controls aligned with institutional practices. Company leadership includes technology builders, finance professionals and Stanford PhDs.

The Tokenized Capital Summit is part of a series held over the past 18 months in global financial centers including Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Denver. Organizers said the series has drawn more than 50,000 attendees to date.

Event sessions covered practical topics such as deal sourcing, compliance, custody solutions and methods for presenting traditionally illiquid assets in tokenized form to institutional buyers. Organizers noted efforts to give fund managers new channels to reach institutional partners and family offices beyond the networks that typically mediate private deals.
