Falcon Finance has launched a payment card that lets verified users spend USDf, its overcollateralized synthetic dollar, online and in stores across more than 90 jurisdictions. The card converts USDf liquidity-either minted against tokenized collateral on Falcon or transferred from secondary markets-into funds usable with supported mobile wallets and merchant networks where available.

The card is available to verified users in 90+ supported jurisdictions, with access subject to local eligibility rules. Users can mint USDf on Falcon by depositing approved collateral, or they can move USDf purchased on secondary markets onto the card.

Falcon accepts three classes of collateral: stablecoins and major cryptocurrencies; tokenized gold; and selected tokenized equities. Accepted assets include Tether Gold and several tokenized stocks issued through Ondo Finance, representing Coinbase, Nvidia, Strategy and Tesla shares, plus certain xStocks products.

Funds loaded onto the Falcon Card are intended for payments and do not earn yield. Users who want returns can stake USDf separately to receive sUSDf, Falcon’s yield-bearing product. Falcon does not charge an annual subscription fee for the card and does not impose an additional Falcon transaction fee, though standard foreign-exchange or network fees from card providers or banks may apply.

Falcon Finance will evaluate whether offering a $0 annual fee encourages holders of tokenized assets to use those positions for routine purchases.

The card converts liquidity created against tokenized collateral into a payment method that can be used outside decentralized finance, allowing holders to spend dollar-denominated synthetic assets without selling the underlying tokens. The launch reflects industry efforts to make tokenized real-world assets usable for daily transactions.
