Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 confirms Visa, Kraken, Mastercard and Deloitte as partners

Amsterdam’s biggest blockchain week is back – and this time, the banks showed up too. Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 has confirmed a partner lineup spanning crypto exchanges, global payment networks, and institutional finance, with bunq making its DBW debut as Diamond Sponsor alongside Visa, Mastercard, Kraken, Deloitte, Fireblocks, and more.
Amsterdam is preparing to host the next edition of Dutch Blockchain Week, scheduled for June 22–28, with the flagship DBW Summit taking place June 24–25 at the Johan Cruijff ArenA – one of the Netherlands’ most recognizable venues in the Netherlands.
Now in its 8th edition, DBW has grown from a community-driven initiative into one of Europe’s most business-focused blockchain gatherings, and the early partner lineup reflects the growing mix of crypto-native firms and traditional financial institutions participating in the event.

Early sponsor lineup
Within just two months of outreach, the event has locked in sponsors across every major tier of the digital asset space – and the mix highlights how broadly the industry is represented.
Bitvavo returns as Main Partner, cementing its role as a cornerstone of the European crypto ecosystem. The real headline, however, is bunq: the Dutch digital bank will participate as Diamond Sponsor for the first time. Its participation reflects the increasing overlap between traditional banking and digital-asset infrastructure, a trend increasingly visible at industry events like DBW.
The Platinum tier brings together zerohash europe, OKX, Visa, Kraken, and Bybit EU – a grouping that spans crypto-native exchanges, global payment infrastructure, and regulated financial services. At Gold level, the list extends further: Mastercard, Worldpay, Talos, WatsonLaw, BLOX, Deloitte, Coinmerce, and Fireblocks. Compliance, custody, legal, and market infrastructure – all represented.
Why Amsterdam, why now
The Netherlands has emerged as one of Europe’s leading jurisdictions for MiCA license issuance, and that regulatory clarity is driving real business activity. DBW is benefiting directly: the 2026 edition is already seeing a notable uptick in inbound partnership and attendance inquiries compared to previous years.
Over 40 side events are expected across Amsterdam during the week, hosted by companies from the Netherlands and internationally. For anyone working in digital assets, the week has increasingly become a meeting point for companies working on trading, infrastructure, compliance, and policy in the digital-asset sector.
What to expect
The summit is positioned as a B2B event focused on institutional adoption, market structure, tokenization, payments, and compliance under the MiCA regulatory framework. Early Bird tickets are currently available at dutchblockchainweek.com. Organizers say additional partners and speakers will be announced in the coming months.
