CT3 prepares platform for CT3GB token launch

CT3 has begun scaling storage, building reserves and updating smart contracts as it readies CT3GB to become the platform’s main settlement asset.

London, Aug. 10, 2026 — CT3 announced it has started technical and financial preparations ahead of a planned public listing of its CT3GB token.

The company expanded distributed storage capacity and computing resources after deploying automatic backup technology, which led to higher demand for storage services. CT3 increased available capacity to support continuous data storage scenarios and greater commercial use.

CT3 said it is creating financial and infrastructure reserves to maintain performance as the network grows. The company designed a Storage Contracts program to add resources gradually while keeping the network in commercial operation, with the aim of creating a buffer to support growth after listing.

Today most internal transactions on CT3 run on the Polygon network. The company plans to move major financial flows to CT3GB after the token launch. CT3GB is intended to be used to pay for data storage services, settle payments with infrastructure owners, distribute rewards and handle internal settlements between network participants.

CT3 is changing its smart contract architecture from a single monolithic contract to segmented, specialized contracts assigned to different products. Each contract will have independent capacity limits and separate resource accounting. The company says the design should ease scaling, increase transparency in resource use and allow new services to be added without affecting existing products.

An independent audit of the core smart contract infrastructure is scheduled ahead of the public listing. The audit will review contract security, verify business logic and assess compliance with industry standards. CT3 has not announced a firm public launch date for CT3GB and says listing preparations will continue until infrastructure scaling and the contract audit are complete.

CT3 develops decentralized data storage infrastructure that combines a distributed storage network, NFT-based access keys, automatic backup features and a scalable smart contract architecture for individual and corporate customers.
