Crypto.com chief executive launches ai.com platform for autonomous agents

The Washington-based company, founded by Crypto.com co-founder and chief executive Kris Marszalek, noted users can create a private personal agent in a few clicks. The agents are intended to complete tasks on a user’s behalf across connected apps, including organizing work, sending messages and executing actions, and can also build missing features needed to finish a task, according to the company.

ai.com stated each agent runs in a dedicated secure environment with data segregated and encrypted with user-specific keys. It described the system as permission-based and limited by the capabilities granted by the user.

Marszalek will lead ai.com while continuing to serve as chief executive of Crypto.com. ai.com noted it acquired the ai.com domain in 2025 in what it described as one of the largest domain purchases to date and has been building the product and team since then.

The company noted users can go from account setup to an active agent in about 60 seconds by choosing a user handle and an AI handle. ai.com added the service will be free to start, with paid subscription tiers offering additional features and higher input limits. It also outlined additional offerings under consideration, including financial services integrations, agent marketplaces and social features built around agents.

In a statement, Marszalek described the company’s longer-term goal as building a decentralized network of autonomous agents that can share improvements across the system.
