Blockchain Conference Brasil brings Web3 leaders to São Paulo

Blockchain Conference Brasil returns to São Paulo with new product announcements and discussions on stablecoins, payments, and the future of Web3 in Latin America.
Blockchain Conference Brasil returns to São Paulo on November 28–29, bringing industry leaders, startups, and new product launches focused on stablecoins and decentralized payments.
The two-day event at Expo Center Norte expects more than 10,000 attendees and hundreds of exhibitors discussing regulation, payments, and the changing role of crypto in everyday finance.
LiberPay launches P2P stablecoin infrastructure in Brazil
American fintech LiberPay has chosen Blockchain Conference Brasil to launch its payment infrastructure in the country, including a peer-to-peer system in dollar-pegged stablecoins.
LiberPay co-founder Tobias Kleitman will take the main stage to discuss the future of decentralized digital payments, providing operational details and live demonstrations. Kleitman says the system is designed for the large share of Brazilians who already use digital payments and are open to stablecoin-based tools.
The company says it chose Brazil for its active crypto user base and clear regulatory path.
Binance highlights Latin America growth strategy
Binance’s Regional VP for Latin America, Guilherme Nazar, will participate in the conference alongside Thiago Sarandy, Head of Regulatory and Legal Affairs at Binance for Brazil and El Salvador.
Nazar emphasized the importance of industry gatherings for the region’s crypto ecosystem:
Conferences like this are essential to fostering collaboration, innovation and trust within our sector. These gatherings offer a valuable opportunity for all participants – from investors to developers and regulators – to meet, share knowledge and align best practices.
Sarandy, a qualified lawyer and blockchain specialist from MIT with over 13 years of experience in financial and global crypto markets, will speak on regulatory developments and compliance frameworks shaping the Brazilian market.
“The Stablecoin Guy” brings Circle experience to São Paulo
Raagulan Pathy, known as “The Stablecoin Guy,” will headline sessions on stablecoin adoption and blockchain-native banking. Pathy is CEO and founder of KAST, a neobank backed by stablecoins, and founder and Chief Investment Officer of JaffCap, a high-liquidity crypto hedge fund.
Before founding KAST, Pathy helped expand Circle’s presence in Asia, giving him first-hand experience with how stablecoins enter new markets. He previously spent a decade as an executive at Zoom, Facebook and Amazon Web Services, building and expanding business operations across Asia.
With KAST, Pathy envisions a world where all banking activities – from receiving and sending fiat currency to saving, spending and investing – are seamlessly integrated on blockchain through a simple app.
Blockchain alternatives to traditional banking
Rocelo Lopes, active in the crypto industry since 2013, will join several panels at the conference.
The way we deal with money is changing. Today it is possible to operate outside the traditional banking system without losing access to payments, Pix and essential services,
Lopes explained.
The conference will also feature Carolina Mozer. She leads TradingView’s expansion and partnerships in Brazil and Latin America. Mozer oversees initiatives with exchanges, fintechs and financial institutions, driving TradingView’s growth and strengthening the regional crypto and financial ecosystem.
Decentralized finance and Bitcoin-backed innovation
Nildson Alves, Executive Director and co-founder of Onda Finance, will discuss how blockchain is redefining international payments.
The combination of blockchain and international payments is redefining how companies move money around the world. For us at Onda Finance, innovation is more than a narrative – it’s an opportunity to deliver speed, security and autonomy on a global scale.
Onda Finance bridges traditional fiat payment systems and the world of stablecoins, offering a hybrid solution designed for today’s global economy.
