Bitcoin ETFs Return to Inflows as Ether Funds Slip
US spot Bitcoin ETFs drew $32.1M in net inflows Wednesday, ending a four-session outflow streak; US-listed spot Ether ETFs posted $18.65M in net outflows that day.
US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds drew $32.1 million in net inflows on Wednesday, ending a four-session streak of outflows that exceeded $500 million in combined withdrawals. At the same time, US-listed spot Ether ETFs registered $18.65 million in net outflows.
Bitcoin briefly fell to about $63,300 during US trading hours as the funds returned to positive territory. At the time of the data snapshot, Bitcoin traded around $63,990, down 0.2% over the prior 24 hours and down 2.5% over seven days. Ether traded near $1,902, down about 1.1% over the past week.
Week-to-date, US spot Bitcoin ETFs show net outflows of $29.29 million. Month-to-date inflows for Bitcoin ETFs stand at $204.7 million, and cumulative net inflows across the funds total $51.36 billion. Spot Ether ETFs have attracted $342.9 million in net inflows so far this month, exceeding the monthly intake reported for spot Bitcoin ETFs.
The Crypto Fear & Greed Index stood at 28 on Thursday, a reading classified as “fear” and one point lower than Wednesday. The index has improved from an “extreme fear” reading recorded about a month earlier.
