AIsa Tops $9 Million In Funding With Tether, HIVEN Investment

San Francisco-based AIsa completed a seed extension with Tether and HIVEN as strategic investors, bringing its total funding to more than $9 million.

AIsa completed its seed extension with Tether and HIVEN joining as strategic investors. The San Francisco-based company did not disclose the size of the round or the amount contributed by each investor.

The new investors joined existing backers including Alibaba, Tribe Capital, Sumitomo Corporation, Draper Associates and Saison Capital.

AIsa is developing infrastructure for enterprise AI agents. Its Trusted Resource and Transaction Network connects agents with external data, AI search services, models, application programming interfaces, software tools and industry services.

The network provides controlled access to those resources while tracking usage, managing billing and settling payments. According to AIsa, fragmented providers, integrations and billing systems make it difficult for enterprise AI agents to operate in production and at scale.

“Enterprise AI agents need trusted information, useful tools and a governed way to transact,” Jordan Liu, AIsa’s founder and CEO, said in a Friday statement. “Our vision is to build the infrastructure that enables agents to discover, access and pay for resources globally, while giving enterprises full control over permissions, spending and transactions. We are excited to welcome Tether and HIVEN as strategic investors as we accelerate the transition from AI assistants to autonomous, production-ready agents.”

AIsa will use the funding to develop production-ready autonomous agents and expand its infrastructure for enterprise customers.

Tether reported $1.5 billion in net operating profit for the second quarter. The company attributed the result mainly to interest from U.S. Treasury holdings and repurchase agreements backed by government securities.
