WhiteBIT integrates AI in security, compliance and operations

WhiteBIT is rolling out AI to spot fraud in real time, boost cyber defenses, automate compliance checks, and assist with code – moves it says reduce errors and speed up reviews.
WhiteBIT is deploying artificial intelligence across its exchange, starting with security and compliance. CEO Volodymyr Nosov said WhiteBIT uses machine‑learning models to analyze transactions and flag suspicious activity in real time, helping prevent fraud.
He added that AI powers cybersecurity systems for early detection and prevention of attacks. In compliance, WhiteBIT has integrated AI into client-verification procedures to automate checks, speed up regulatory reviews, and reduce human error.
Nosov said that the engineering team uses AI to assist with coding, now embedded in daily operations.
We use AI across different areas, the WhiteBIT CEO summarized.
When asked whether WhiteBIT had any security incidents, Volodymyr Nosov confidently answered no.
Throughout WhiteBIT exchange's entire operation, we have never had a single incident where user fund security was compromised. [...] We have built technical infrastructure that is resilient to external threats, thanks to our internal IT team. All development is done exclusively in-house, as dependence on external contractors and third-party software often leads to hacks or other technical problems.
WhiteBIT сooperates in more than 150 countries and plans further expansion while adapting to local regulations. The exchange stores 96% of client assets in cold storage and holds CCSS Level 3 certification – the framework’s highest tier covering custody, internal processes, and incident response.
