Coinglass data shows a 48,200 ETH net outflow from centralized exchanges over the past 24 hours. Binance led with 57,200 ETH withdrawn, followed by Bybit (5,820 ETH) and Coinbase (3,853 ETH). Offsetting part of the move, KuCoin posted an inflow of 6,094 ETH.
Falling exchange balances can reflect moves into self‑custody or rotation into on‑chain use (staking, L2, DeFi). Net flows are not a directional signal on their own and may include internal rebalancing. Exchange flows should be read alongside on‑chain demand (staking deposits and L2 bridging) and ETF/ETN flow data.

When coins keep leaving exchanges for several days, it can signal that holders don’t plan to sell soon – often seen as bullish. But not every outflow means demand is rising; sometimes it’s just wallets being reorganized. The key sign to watch is whether those coins end up in staking, since that locks them out of the market for longer.
