Kyiv police found the body of crypto trader and Cryptology Key co-founder Konstantin "Kudo" Hanich on the morning of October 11. Officers discovered the 32-year-old with a gunshot wound inside his vehicle. A firearm registered to Hanich was found next to the body.
Police opened a criminal case under Article 115 of Ukraine's Criminal Code for intentional murder with a suicide qualification. Investigators are examining the circumstances and have not publicly released the victim's name. Community outlets identified him as Konstantin Hanich.

According to the police statement, Hanich told relatives about financial difficulties the day before his death and sent a farewell message. Local reports say he was found in a Lamborghini Urus.

Hanich's official Telegram channel confirmed the death. "Konstantin Kudo tragically passed away. The reasons are being established by the investigation," the channel stated.
The incident came after a sharp crypto-market sell-off earlier on October 11 following the announcement of 100% U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports, which triggered more than $19 billion in liquidations and wiped out roughly $124 billion in market value.

Hanich co-founded and served as CEO of Cryptology Key, a Kyiv-based trading education platform. He was active in Ukraine's crypto community and earned recognition for his trading performance. In 2022, he placed in the top 10 individual rankings on Binance. His team secured a top-20 result in 2023.

Police stated that the deceased "reported to his loved ones about the depressed state due to existing financial difficulties" before his death. Authorities continue their investigation into the incident.
