Bitcoinville takes place on January 14–28, 2026, creating a two-week pop-up city inside the Bitcoin District of Próspera on the island of Roatán. Designed as an immersive gathering for the global Bitcoin community, the event blends education, practical skills, and outdoor activities in one of the freest jurisdictions in the world.
Participants can join a diverse program that includes the Understanding BTC conference, the Bitcoin Educators Academy, hands-on Citadel workshops, the vibecoding hackathon, and a pitch contest for emerging ideas. Competitive events such as the Bitcoin Tennis Championship, golf and poker tournaments, and board-game sessions add a playful edge.
Beyond learning and networking, Bitcoinville offers a full tropical experience with yoga classes, diving courses, boat tours, pool parties, barbecues, and DJ nights.
